We do not guarantee 100% defect removal unless expressly stated in writing.

2. Estimates & In-Person Consultation
All pricing is determined after an in-person consultation and inspection.
Any quotes provided via phone, email, or website submission are considered preliminary estimates and may change based on actual surface condition.
Gloss Masters Michigan reserves the right to refuse service if a vehicle or vessel is deemed unsafe, excessively damaged, improperly repaired, or outside the scope of services offered.

3. Surface Condition & Pre-Existing Damage
By authorizing services, you acknowledge that:

Pre-existing damage, rock chips, deep scratches, oxidation, etching, staining, thin clear coat, or prior repainting may limit correction results.

Some defects may be permanently embedded and cannot be safely removed.

Paint correction involves machine polishing, which removes a measurable amount of clear coat.
Gloss Masters Michigan is not responsible for failure of prior repairs, repainted panels, or underlying structural or coating defects.

4. Ceramic Coating Limitations
Automotive and marine ceramic coatings:

Enhance gloss and provide surface protection

Require proper maintenance to perform as intended

Do not make surfaces scratch-proof, chip-proof, or damage-proof

Do not prevent physical impact damage, neglect, or improper washing
Any warranty provided is subject to proper maintenance and care guidelines given to the client.
Failure to follow recommended maintenance procedures may void any applicable warranty.

5. Customer Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for:

Removing all personal belongings from vehicles prior to service

Disclosing known repainting, bodywork, or prior coatings

Ensuring vehicles or vessels are accessible and safe to service
Gloss Masters Michigan is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal items left inside vehicles.

6. Payments & Deposits
Payment terms, deposits, and cancellation policies will be communicated prior to service.
Completed services must be paid in full before vehicle or vessel release unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Failure to pay for completed services may result in collection actions as permitted by law.
